What is CoRubrics?
CoRubrics is a web platform for teachers that turns rubric-based assessment into one complete workflow: classes, AI-generated rubrics, account-free student evaluation, grade computation, and personalised reports — all in the browser, nothing to install.
The short answer
CoRubrics is a hosted web application (SaaS) at corubrics.co with a teacher dashboard and its own database. It is not a template, a script, or a spreadsheet.
It covers all three stages of rubric assessment — Classes → Forms → Grades — and adds AI for generating rubrics and writing feedback, plus group analytics and peer-review quality control.

AI rubric generation
Describe a task and CoRubrics generates a full rubric with criteria, levels, and weights. LOMLOE competency templates for Spain are included too.
AI feedback
Generates individual, written feedback for each student from their rubric scores, in bulk across the whole class.
Class and group analytics
Per-class and per-form statistics dashboards to see group and per-criterion performance at a glance.
Peer-review integrity
Evaluator-quality metrics flag mutual bias (two students inflating each other), overly lenient graders, and inconsistent evaluators. Teachers can exclude suspicious scores.
Account-free students
Each student evaluates through a unique signed link. No sign-up and no student account required.
Roster import
Import students from CSV, Excel, or Google Classroom in seconds.
Live mode
Synchronous in-class sessions: teacher and students fill the rubric at the same time on their own devices.
Grades and email reports
Automatic weighted-grade computation and a personalised report emailed per student.
From spreadsheet add-on to platform
CoRubrics was originally created by Jaume Feliu, a teacher in Catalonia. The current web platform is built and maintained by Roger Feliu. Many people remember CoRubrics as a Google Sheets add-on: that version existed, but the current product is a standalone web application. If you have read older descriptions, here is what changed.
Origin (Google Sheets add-on)
